Sureflow called me within two hours of my request, showed up that day right when he said they would, and thoroughly inspected our sprinkler system. I had a quote that evening, and schedule the maintenance and repairs that were required. He never tried to 'upsell' just was open and honest about what he recommended to be repaired and modified. Eddrick, the owner, personally checked on the work his crew did, walked me though all of the work performed, and was fully attentive to all of the details.
